Role Purpose:

We are looking for a person who possess good client service skills to advise clients on provide casework support on all aspects of debt. The role will also involve the supervision of less experienced staff and to ensure advice quality remains high and compliant with current standards.  The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of providing specialist debt advice.

The successful candidate will possess good communication and be able to deliver services by phone/email, and in person
