With a new vision that will bring new energy to our work, this is an incredibly exciting time for Grŵp Cynefin. The creation of a new Director of People role, to work alongside the Chief Executive and Leadership Team, is central to the Group‘s culture and vision for the future.
The successful candidate will lead the way in a diverse and exciting role by :

We are looking for an individual to lead and oversee the activities of HR, Cynefin Liaison (Contact Centre), Tenant Initiatives and Community Development and the Communications and Marketing Team. You will lead on transformational cultural change in your department and collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive change within the organisation.
You will be responsible for timely, accurate and relevant performance reports on the People Directorate to the Chief Executive and the Board of Management.
You will ensure that we provide a high standard of service to all our tenants and service users.
You will ensure that all services under your leadership remain up–to–date and that the voice of our tenants is heard at all levels of the organisation to improve services.
