Communication Agency Officer /Administrator

We are a Wales only charity concerned with Deafness. Our work extends right across Wales with registered offices in Pontypridd. We are an umbrella association working in partnership to provide support, information and communication, working alongside people who are Deaf, deafened, hard of hearing and deafblind (D/deaf). We are looking for a temporary Communication Agency Officer , to help us manage our Communication agency - Wales Council for Deaf People has 25 years’ experience in providing communication services throughout Wales in a wide range of domains, such as medical, employment and training.

• We have a 95% fulfilment rate on all communication bookings.
• We offer a 24 hours’ service with an out of hours’ emergency number.
• Whilst we prefer as much notice as possible, we will endeavour to provide someone at short notice.
